I was reading the article on best 100 companies to work for in the latest issue of the Fortune magazine. The article was very interesting, with Google acquiring the number one position for the first time.
Of those hundred the 5 top paying companies are (in brackets is the average salary):
- Nixon Peabody ($181,099)
- Bingham McCutchen ($180,050)
- Alston & Bird ($166,300)
- Adobe Systems ($161,127)
- Arnold & Porter ($155,929)
It is not a surprise that out of the top five, four are law firms and only one is technical company. No wonder, lawyers make lot of money in U.S.
