Google provides Blogger for Word, a free add-in for Microsoft Word which allows you to save a Word document as a post to your Blogger blog with just a few clicks and without even opening the browser. 

It can be downloaded from here.

It allows you to:

• Publish to your blog
• Save drafts
• Edit posts (enables you to edit your last 15 Blogger posts right from MS Word)

Requirements:

• Windows 2000 or higher
• Microsoft Word 2000 or higher

Notes:

• Blogger for Word is not currently compatible with the new version of Blogger
• Please make sure that none of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications are running when you install this add-in
